A wind power plant project in Henan province, China, a total of 26 patrol robots are deployed to accurately collect, detect and monitor on-site equipment status and environmental information. To realize all-weather data collection, information transmission, intelligent analysis and early warning of the wind farm, Patrol Operation Management and control closed-loop one-stop system.
The environment perception of the inspection robot adopts the scheme of LIDAR + ultrasonic sensor. Each robot is equipped with 8 ultrasonic sensors, which are responsible for the inspection robot's close obstacle perception.
